In this case study, we explore our partnership with Alright, a Google Certified company in Brazil and globally, recognized for its expertise in leveraging advanced marketing tools to accelerate success.


We assisted Alright in setting up their Brazilian instance of Thinkific Plus, the most advanced plan on Thinkific, to support their growing course library, integrated marketplace services, and live webinar features. Through detailed mapping of end-to-end workflows, we clarified processes for course creation, live event promotion, and service sales on the platform.


Additionally, we developed systems for managing revenue-sharing partners and implemented a collaborative content publishing process for their team. Our next step is to help Alright set up their second Thinkific Plus site, tailored for their global English-speaking audience, further expanding their reach.

The initial focus was on building a robust platform for their Brazilian audience, with plans to expand to a global English-speaking market.


The Challenge


When Alright approached us, they had several key challenges:


  • Platform Selection: Initially unsure of which platform could meet their needs, Alright required guidance on choosing a solution that could support both course creation, live event management, and the sale of services, while also managing revenue-sharing with partners.

  • Bilingual Platform Structure: Setting up their first Thinkific Plus instance in Portuguese for the Brazilian market, ensuring consistency, high quality, and ease of use across the platform.

  • Course Library, Marketplace, and Live Events: Building a comprehensive course library, integrating marketplace services, and facilitating the promotion and recording of live webinars for continued access on-demand.

Our Approach:

Structuring the Platform and Mapping Workflows


Phase 1: Setting Up the Brazilian Instance of Thinkific Plus

We helped Alright choose Thinkific Plus to meet their needs, and the first step was setting up the Portuguese instance. The platform was designed to deliver a seamless user experience, supporting complex offerings such as certifications, memberships, marketplace services, and live event promotion.


Phase 2: Building the Course Library and Marketplace

In collaboration with Alright’s design team, we built a comprehensive course library for individual learners and corporate clients. The library includes a variety of courses, certifications, and membership options, with marketplace services integrated to offer additional educational resources. Alright also features live webinars, which are promoted through the platform and recorded for later access, allowing students to revisit the content on demand.


Phase 3: Developing Custom Workflows 

To ensure seamless platform management, we developed custom workflows that covered the entire process of course creation, service sales and revenue partner management. These workflows helped clarify roles, timelines, and quality checks, ensuring that all content was published accurately and consistently, once handed over to their team.


Phase 4: Collaborative Content Management 

To streamline content publishing management, we implemented a customized Google Sheets system, enabling the entire team to collaborate seamlessly. The system included an accessible checklist, allowing team members to clearly see their responsibilities and easily update the status of tasks. This shared document provided full visibility into the progress of new courses and services being added to Thinkific. Additionally, we developed a comprehensive content upload guide to ensure the team could follow a standardized process, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.


Phase 5: Preparing for Global Expansion

With the successful implementation of the Portuguese instance of Thinkific Plus, the next step is to assist Alright in setting up a second Thinkific Plus site for their global English market. This new instance will allow them to reach an international audience, offering the same high-quality educational experiences in English that have already succeeded in the Portuguese-speaking market.
